We currently collect and process the following information:

· Address on occasion for deliveries or event location only as specified by you

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· You have contacted Nyammings Catering for a quote

· You have booked us to cater for an event

· You have a catering contract with us

· You have ordered a weekend dinner from us for collection or delivery

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

· A Venue that may need to discuss requirements for catering for events such as a wedding.

· An individual or organisation booking an catering event on your behalf in order for us to process the request and discuss further options.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with further information such as a quote in relation to your query. Also so we have direct communication regarding your catering booking as many details and updates will need to be discussed. We may share this information with venues or employees working or assisting on the event or function we are catering for. Also any assistant or employee that may deliver foods to you at weekends.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep details such as name, contact information and depending on event locations your personal address. The latter also in instances for delivery as per your request to have food delivered to you. All information will be kept on system files and hard copy for up to 5 years. We will then securely dispose your information by permanently deleting system files and shredding hard copies.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
