Born and raised in Jamaica with a passion for cooking with a desire to serve, our head chef Kev launched Nyammings®️ Catering Ltd, motivated to create and deliver a different and memorable catering experience! We are family run and work to deliver the best experience for all our customers.

We cater events from weddings to corporate events and create unforgettable culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression.. We're all about giving you the authentic and tantalising taste of the Caribbean! Serving up traditional Jamaican dishes such as our popular finger-lick jerk chicken, succulent curry goat, Carib canape delicacies and also our NEW Caribbean cold platters, afternoon tea and grazing boards!!  

Our new way of ordering food - NYAM BY DI PAN - Simple and easy to choose your dish and either half pan for smaller portion or full pan to sere more - we then generate you a free quote. We also have bespoke menus for selection so customers can choose what suits best

Although we are specialists in Caribbean food, we are a caterer that can provide tantalising food for various menu choices so get in touch to discuss alternative options further!
